Shipping & Deliveries


We ship goods to all areas of Mainland UK including Northern Ireland and Isle of Man. For shipping for the rest of the Channel Island and outside the UK please contact us on our Phone Number or you can also send as an e-mail via our contact page on the website and we will advise you accordingly.

 

Shipping & Delivery Details


Our delivery charge is £4.00 for a single item, or £4.50 for 2 or more items (including VAT). Our single item gift boxes are usually ‘letterbox friendly’ and will fit through most letter boxes, allowing you to receive the parcel in your absence. Bulky items such as the wedding chocolate heart boxes will require delivery details to be discussed with us on the phone.

Orders are processed Monday-Friday only, excluding bank holidays. Your order will be processed the following working day if received before 4pm. Should there be any delay to your order we will contact you with the details.

We use Royal Mail First Class postal service, which usually takes 1-3 working days (if there is a delay in you receiving your delivery we shall have no liability nor shall we have liability for products that have been damaged or defected as a result). Unfortunately, due to the Covid Pandemic this servive may be delayed. We have no liability for loss of your order by the Royal Mail postal service. We retain proof of sending for your delivery and if your order has been lost then you may be able to claim compenstation from Royal Mail with the proof of sending information which we will provide (personal.help.royalmail.com). If you prefer it, we also offer a Tracked first class Royal Mail postal option for added peace of mind.

We will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order. It is, however, your responsibility to provide us with accurate delivery address details. We will not check or verify addresses and messages supplied by you.

You will become the owner of the products you have ordered when they have been delivered to you. Once products have been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for their loss or destruction. All of our products have been thoroughly transit tested and caprefully packed to ensure they arrive to you in perfect condition. In the event that your order does arrive damaged, please do not worry. Goods that are delivered damaged should be returned intact to Rainbow Organic Chocolates, 92 Richmond Road, BN2 3RN  and a new order will be sent on receipt of damaged goods. Postage will be paid by Rainbow Organic Chocolates. If your goods cannot be delivered for any reason and are returned to us, the cost of the goods will be refunded in full less a £4.00 royal mail first class postage cost.
